Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These terms govern your use of the clevaOS website and any pre-launch registration of interest (including emailing us to join our waitlist). By accessing this website or contacting us to register your interest, you agree to be bound by these terms. clevaOS is not yet generally available; additional terms will apply when the platform launches and you create an account.

1About clevaOS

clevaOS ("we", "us", "our") is a workforce operating system that transforms an organisation's existing documentation — policies, procedures, SOPs and work instructions — into guided onboarding, training, compliance and record-keeping experiences for its people. The platform is made up of a shared core and a suite of modular apps.

This website currently provides information about clevaOS and the ability to register interest ahead of launch. Nothing on this website is an offer to supply the platform, and availability, features and pricing may change before release.

2Waitlist registration

If you email us to join the waitlist, you provide us with your email address so we can notify you about clevaOS, including launch news and early-access opportunities. Doing so does not create any obligation on either party, guarantee access to the platform, or lock in any particular price or feature.

You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time by contacting us, and every email we send will include an unsubscribe option.

3Acceptable use of this website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false, misleading or third-party details without authority. You warrant that any information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it.

4Intellectual property

The clevaOS name, logo, branding, copy, design, and the underlying systems and processes are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.

5Use of AI and intellectual property

clevaOS uses artificial intelligence as a core part of how our products are built and delivered — it's central to what makes them efficient and effective. What sets clevaOS apart is not that we use AI, but how we use it: the systems, processes and methods behind our products are our confidential and proprietary intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive or reproduce any part of them. The AI itself is a tool; the way we apply it is ours.

6No guarantees (pre-launch)

This website and any pre-launch materials are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that clevaOS will launch on any particular date, with any particular feature set, or that registering interest will result in access. We make no representations about specific compliance, business or operational outcomes.

7Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or your registration of interest. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.

9Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the "last updated" date shown above. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
